As usual each year I produce a wagon for friends and relatives to give the N-gauge modeller/collector as a gift for Christmas. The 2009 model is of a 7-plank coal wagon from Glan Garnant Colliery which was located on the Gwaun-Cae-Gurwen branch in the Ammanford area.
110 models were produced of which 35 were weathered
The final pristine model was sold in February 2011, whilst the weathered ones lingered on until (tbc)
