No: N007: Fear Bros of Staines

This coal wagon was released for the Loddon Vale Model Railway Club Show held in Arborfield Garrison, Berkshire on Saturday May 6th.
Originally intended to be in 00 as well, but that being produced by another concern so only the N gauge version being released by myself.
Just 100 of these models were ordered, but due to a technical fault on the machine that prints the body sides, only 84 have been produced of which the Club members took a fair chunk!
Fear Brothers were a coal merchant based at Staines which was on the LSWR route from Waterloo to Reading. It was not a million miles from the fantastic marshalling yards of Feltham which I remember vividly from my youth as we passed by on the old 2-BIL or 2-HAL units that used to run on that route.
The last one was sold at Carmarthen on 25 March 2007
