This wagon was released on April 24 2007 and was been produced for the Craven Arms Model Railway Show to be held on 5 May that year.
C J Hyslop was a coal merchant in the years leading up to the Second World War. This wagon was built by the Midland Company at Washwood Heath in Birmingham.
The Midland applied a star-shaped owner's plate on their wagons, and Dapol have gone to some lengths to reproduce this.
Altogether 110 of these wagons were produced - 70 in mint condition and 40 weathered.
