This is an authentic coal wagon belonging to the Mwrwg Vale Colliery on the lines to the north of Llanelli.  The colliery was owned by the Felinfoel Brewery which still thrives.

 

Like last year's wagon, "Baker & Kernick" of Cardiff, the identity was kept secret until after Christmas, so as not to spoil the surprise on the day.

  

124 of these models were produced but it is expected that a further batch will be produced in 2007 along with the Felinfoel Brewery wagon.
