This 7 plank wagon is a red-bodied colour with white lettering shaded black and features a coal merchant based at Bristol Harbour.
Lettering reads "W Vincent & Co House, Steam, Smiths and Anthracite Coals Bristol Harbour".
160 of these 00-gauge wagons were produced and transfers used to apply the running numbers. The Shirehampton show in 2005 was the first for the Shirehampton Model Railway Club. Although small, the club has an enthusiastic group of members and the show was such a success that they are having another in early October 2006 and have even selected the wagon they want me to produce for the show!
