Following the disaster of the hopper wagon it was a blessed relief to revert to the standard issue, in this case "Huntley & Palmers" the biscuit firm from Reading.
This wagon was produced for the Loddon Vale MRC's show at Arborfield, near Reading in May 2005. It was also the first time that I did an N gauge version of the same design.
The main difference between the two gauges though was that the 00 version had running numbers applied by transfer.
The other big difference was that the 00 version sold out in weeks! This is one wagon I wished I had done a larger number of - 147 were produced.
