No: 25: Caerbryn Colliery

This wagon was the first one particularly aimed at the wives, girlfriends and other friends and family of the collector for Christmas 2004.  As such it was meant to be kept a secret.  No one told Dapol though, who then put the details on their web site!

Caerbryn Colliery was located near Swansea and was also known as the "French Anthracite Co." - though what was French about it is unclear.  The wagon was blessed with a lot of print including the collieries prime source of coal - the Stanllyd Big Vein.

220 models were produced and went on sale in December 2004 lasting almost a year before the final one left these shores for Australia.
