Produced for the tourists visiting the Teifi Valley Railway,
this was one of a pair of black wagons released. The first bore the number
"285" whilst the second bore "28".
The intention was that these would not be limited in order
to supply the shop with wagons on demand.
As it transpired both versions were limited as the
management decided against producing any more rolling
stock!
