Important Changes to Payment Methods - June 2011
As from June 16th 2011 I can take payment by Credit and Debit Cards.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
There is no change for you, as the majority of you use Paypal anyway. Only those who send me cheques may wish to contact me by email to westwaleswagonworks@yahoo.co.uk to discuss alternative ways of payment.
UK CUSTOMERS
Many of you use Paypal, but in fact this method is relatively expensive compared to either credit or debit cards. Therefore, I will be making it the preferred method to use the cards instead.
Until advised otherwise, please place orders as normal, but at the CHECKOUT stage, take the option to PAY BY POST. I will then get an email to inform me about your order. Then at a convenient time, NOT SUNDAYS nor AFTER EIGHT PM please, you can phone me with your card details - have the card handy when you call.
I will then process the order and send the receipt with your order. At the same time, especially if you are ordering more than two wagons, I will be able to calculate the correct postage for you = cheaper than just ordering from the website!
